There are three main ways of working on Counsellor Online.

1. ONLINE COUNSELLING

To start off, you need to read the contract form and agree to it. Please email us and state that you agree to the contract. We will then contact you with the email you provide (unless you have already contacted us to ask for details) and arrange the free online session with one of our counsellors.
 
Once you have had the free assessment session, if you decide that you want to continue and have decided on the medium that best suits you - Skype, Messenger, emails or a chat room, you need to pay for one session, meeting or set of emails on the OUR FEES page. You and your counsellor can then liaise online to arrange a time suitable for you. We try hard to be as flexible as possible to fit in with our clients.

2. THERAPY PLANS  CLICK HERE
Therapy plans are pre-determined therapy structures, consisting of a plan of work designed to be carried out by the client(s) and which are relevant to the client's needs. Therapy plans are most useful if the client is not keen on online therapy but has a specific problem or set of circumstances. The plans can also be tailored to children and young people. The plans are delivered over four weeks but can be delivered over two weeks if preferred. All therapy plans are written to fit a client's specific needs and an online session or exchange of emails hope to give a clear idea of the issue involved.
 
 
2. RESOLVERS®   CLICK HERE
Resolvers are an inexpensive alternative to therapy plans and are designed for people who don't wish to undertake online therapy or therapy plans but who have a specific short-term issue that they wish to try and resolve quickly. All resolvers are tailored to a client's specific needs and an online session or exchange of emails hope to give a clear idea of the issue trying to be resolved.
